- 2 racks of baby back ribs

Instructions for BBQ Ribs:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the ribs with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil, making sure they are sealed tightly.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2-2.5 hours, until the meat is tender and almost falling off the bone.
